On May 17th, Elder Miller celebrated his 21st birthday. For his birthday, he received two new white shirts, a couple of books, "new glasses", duct tape ties, and of course, microwaveable birthday cakes. Because transfers were on his birthday, (and his companion was being transferred), he and Elder Robison celebrated the day before. The sister missionaries, Sister Bliss and Sister Carmack live fairly close to them, so they shared the birthday goodies. The sister missionaries showed off their creative talents with their sidewalk art birthday wishes.
